State Representative Vella recognizes exceptional RVC Basketball athletes

ROCKFORD, IL. – Since elected, State Representative Dave Vella has focused on supporting students in the 68th District and beyond through comprehensive legislation and well-deserving recognition. In awarding individuals in the community with acknowledgement, Vella hopes to show that hard work does not go unnoticed in our community. Vella has teamed up with RVC President, Dr. Spearman and RVC Head Women's Basketball Coach, Darryl Watkins to identify two dedicated athletes. The athletes who have earned the recognition are George Williams (RVC Men’s Basketball) and Camron Blank (RVC Women’s Basketball). 

RVC Administration and Athletics faculty will join Rep Vella as he presents the athletes with a Certificate of Recognition from the Illinois House of Representatives.
